Return Policy

If within 60 days after you have purchased your device you are not completely satisfied and would like a refund, return it with the original dated sales receipt indicating purchase price and date of purchase to the retailer from whom it was purchased.

Spectrum Brands, Inc. will reimburse all retailers who accept the device within 60 days from the date of purchase. If you have any questions concerning the money-back guarantee, please call 800-736-4648 in the United States or 800-268-0425 in Canada.

If you purchased the device directly from the LumaBella™ website and would like to return it for a full refund*, please follow these terms and conditions:
  • Refund will be in the form of a check issued in U.S. dollars and will be provided only if all terms and conditions are met. 
  • The following items must be returned to Spectrum Brands and postmarked no later than 60 days after purchase of the device:
    • The LumaBella™ device
    • The original sales receipt indicating price and date purchased 
    • The completed 60-day money-back guarantee form  Download Form >
  • In addition, Spectrum Brands, Inc., in its discretion, must determine that the returned device was used in accordance with the instruction booklet (included with the device at the time of purchase). 
  • Returns should be mailed prepaid (no collect returns accepted) to: Spectrum Brands Returns Center:

  • Refund does not include postage costs for the return of the device, but will include applicable taxes paid by customer, if any. 
  • No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost, stolen, misdirected or damaged device.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping options are provided at the time of checkout. You will always have the opportunity to see the full amount of your purchase with shipping charges before you confirm your order.

Orders can only be shipped within the U.S.

Items will be shipped within two business days of placing your order. To ensure express shipments, orders must be submitted online by 1 p.m. ET. Shipments are sent via UPS and tracking information will be provided upon shipment of the order.

Standard Shipping: This method is ground shipping. You should receive your product within 5-10 business days from your order date.

Express Shipping: Orders are sent via UPS 2nd-day delivery. You should receive your product within two business days from your order date. Please note: orders need to be submitted online by 1 p.m. ET to ensure 2nd day delivery.

Alaska & Hawaii Shipping
LumaBella™ ships to both Alaska and Hawaii, but additional fees apply. Refer to the Shipping & Delivery information for the additional rate. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii may take longer for delivery.

Please note: promotional offers relating to shipping rates, such as free shipping, do not apply to Alaska or Hawaii shipping addresses.

International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not ship to U.S. Territories or internationally at this time.

Shipping to a P.O. Box
Unfortunately, LumaBellaTM cannot ship items to a P.O. Box at this time. Please provide a street address for your shipment.

Shipping to an APO/FPO Address
Unfortunately, LumaBella™ cannot ship items to an APO/FPO address at this time. Please provide a street address for your shipment.
